SAN JOSE, Calif. – The San Jose Earthquakes announced today that all luxury suites and club seats for their new stadium are sold out. Additionally, the first 15 rows in all sections along the sideline as well as midline seating behind team benches are also sold out.
“The response from fans for season tickets at our new stadium has been tremendous,” said Earthquakes president Dave Kaval. “Soccer has never been more popular in the Bay Area and you can sense that excitement as we continue to move forward with the construction of our new stadium.”
Season tickets for the new stadium went on sale without restrictions to the general public on May 1. Ever since, the Earthquakes have filled many of their premium seating options for their new venue, which is slated to open in 2015. Elsewhere in the stadium, less than 75 seats remain available in the Premier Midline section and fewer than 300 remain in the Premier Midfield section.
The Earthquakes have created a waiting list for both sold-out club sections. Season tickets are still available for reservation with a deposit by calling the club’s front office at 408-556-7700. Fans can find more information about ticket options by visiting www.sjearthquakes.com/newstadium.
