Professional Experience: Previously competed in Mexico with Estudiantes Tecos (2007-2012), Santos Laguna (2012-2015), Chivas (2015-2018; 2019), Getafe (2018), and Real Oviedo (2018-2019)… led Chivas to Liga MX (Clausura 2017), Copa MX (Apertura 2015; Clausura 2017), Supercopa MX (2016) and Concacaf Champions League (2018) titles during his first stint with the club.

International: Had 23 appearances with the Mexico National Team ... Helped Mexico win the 2015 Concacaf Gold Cup, appearing in all three knockout round matches … Was a key player during Copa America in 2011… was among 28 players named to Mexico’s preliminary roster for the 2018 FIFA World Cup … previously represented Mexico at the U-20 level.
