SAN JOSE, Calif.– San Jose Earthquakes defender Nathan has been selected to Major League Soccer’s Team of the Week for Week 33 following the Earthquakes’ 2-0 victory over Minnesota United FC at PayPal Park on Saturday night.
Nathan, 27, started and played all 90 minutes at center back in the Quakes’ victory. He helped hold Minnesota to just two shots on target, while completing more than 90% of his passes throughout the match.
It marked San Jose’s fourth shutout of 2022 and second in their last six matches.
