NEW YORK, NY (October 5, 2015) – Major League Soccer, in conjunction with the national television partners FS1, ESPN and UniMas, today announced the national broadcast schedule for the second-to-last weekend of regular season play for their respective windows.
- Friday, Oct. 16 – Orlando City SC vs. New York City FC – UniMas – 7 p.m. ET
- Friday, Oct. 16 – San Jose Earthquakes vs. Sporting Kansas City – UniMas – 11 p.m. ET
- Sunday, Oct. 18 – Houston Dynamo vs. Seattle Sounders FC – ESPN / ESPN Deportes – 5 p.m. ET
- Sunday, Oct. 18 – LA Galaxy vs. Portland Timbers – FS1 / Fox Deportes – 7 p.m. ET
As part of the enhanced scheduling initiatives announced before the 2015 season, the final two weekends of the regular season allows the broadcasters to select the most meaningful matches as teams jockey for position for the Audi 2015 MLS Cup Playoffs. The last day of the season, dubbed #DecisionDay, will feature games across each conference played simultaneously on October 25th with a key match in each conference broadcast nationally by FS1 and ESPN, respectively. The schedule for #DecisionDay will be announced on Monday, Oct. 19.
