After starring in the Quakes recent 2-1 win against Real Salt Lake, midfielder Cordell Cato scored a 18th minute goal for Trinidad and Tobago in a commanding 4-0 win against the Dominican Republic in Wednesday’s Caribbean Cup Qualification match.
This was Cato’s first goal for the Soca Warriors since tallying in the 14th minute of a 3-1 win against Guatemala in Group C of the 2015 Gold Cup. Cato and his fellow countrymen continue Caribbean Cup Qualification Tuesday, Oct. 11 against Martinique at Stade Municipal Pierre-Aiker in Martinique.
