Another homegrown product, Lima put together four straight seasons of over 20 games played for the Quakes, helping the team earn two playoff spots in his four years. In 2018, he played all but 11 minutes that season, setting the club record for minutes in a single season by a field player. His strong play earned him a call-up to the U.S. National Team and was able to play for his country in front of his hometown fans in San Jose on Feb. 2, 2019 against Costa Rica. Over his four years, he showed a knack for jumping into the attack, scoring seven goals from his outside back spot.
