After tallying his first assist of the season in Saturday's 1-1 draw against Seattle Sounders FC, San Jose defender
Jordan Stewart
earned Team of the Week honors for Week 27.
This is Stewart's first Team of the Week honor of the 2016 season. In 90 minutes of play against Seattle, the Quakes veteran assisted on Wondolowski's historic tally where he became the
first player in MLS history to score 10 or more goals in seven straight seasons. In addition, the veteran left back helped the San Jose defense limit Seattle to just one shot on target.
