San Jose Earthquakes Regional Development School West Coast Soccer Club will host team tryouts on Nov. 18, 2016 for boys and girls born between 2005 and 2009. The tryouts will take place at Mountain House High School from 7-9 p.m. PT.
The RDS team will feature some of the most talented and committed players in the region. Those who make the team will participate in an eight-week program that will include one training session a week, starting Dec. 5. Each player that makes the team will receive top-level training from staff approved by the San Jose Earthquakes and Earthquakes gear, including a jersey, shorts and socks. The team will also scrimmage other RDS teams from locations in northern California.
West Coast Soccer Club is directed by former Earthquake and two-time MLS Cup Champion, Troy Dayak, and during the program, an Earthquakes player will make a special guest appearance.
The program costs $250 for the players that make the team.
