The Earthquakes returned to their training facility this week to prepare for the first road trip of 2016. Saturday’s journey to Los Angeles to face the Galaxy will be a test for the 2-0 Quakes. After their disappointing first round from the MLS Cup Playoffs in 2015, LA are out to prove themselves in this year’s campaign. The Quakes look to do the same as they focus their minds towards three points in SoCal.

Goalkeeper David Bingham looked particularly sharp in today's session. Allowing just one goal in the opening home stand, his mind now shifts to the first California Clasico of 2016.
With just three days until they depart for StubHub Center, and two wins out of two under their belt, San Jose will look to enter their two week break atop the Western Conference.
