The second annual 'Best Game Ever', presented by Avaya at Avaya Stadium lives up to its name for members of Santa Cruz County Revolution FC 03 & Tracy-Patterson Tigers. The U-12 girls teams arrived at Avaya Stadium expecting a tour of the sparkling new home of the Quakes, but instead were surprised with a full MLS game experience.
They suited up in the Quakes locker room, walked out as the players do on gameday, listened as their names were called out on the public address system & even had a running scoreboard just as the black & blue do.
The surprises didn’t end there, however. Taking the reigns as coaches for the day were Quakes midfielder Marc Pelosi & goalkeeper Bryan Meredith! A once-in-a-lifetime experience for the U-12s was capped off by a friendly match on the Avaya Stadium pitch, a game they’ll not soon forget.
