Midfielder Seth Casiple’s performance in Reno 1868 FC’s road match against the Tacoma Defiance earned him USL Championship Team of the Week honors for Week 11. Reno initially trailed 1-0 after conceding a goal in just seconds from kickoff in the first half. Casiple’s cross from the corner spot in the 83rd minute was headed into the goal by forward Brian Brown to secure a point for Reno. Casiple is now at one assist and two goals with the club. Reno 1868 FC did not have a scheduled match over the weekend. They resume their USL Championship schedule on Saturday, June 1 when they host Las Vegas Lights FC in the first Silver Cup matchup of 2019.
