Midfielders Magnus Eriksson and Cristian Espinoza scored their first career goals in U.S. Open Cup play in Tuesday’s match against Sacramento Republic FC. Eriksson (4) and Espinoza (3) have a combined total of seven goals across all competitions this season.

Midfielder Vako scored two goals, including the game-winner, after coming on as a second-half substitute. It marked his first two career goals in U.S. Open Cup play. The Georgian is now at three goal across all competitions this season.

MLS Announces Time Change for Quakes vs. Crew SC on Aug. 3
Major League Soccer announced the regular season matchup between the San Jose Earthquakes and Columbus Crew SC on Saturday, Aug. 3 at Avaya Stadium will now kick off at 6:45 p.m. PT instead of the originally scheduled 7:15 p.m. PT. Find out more
