After
making their mark on Major League Soccer
, San Jose Earthquakes midfielders Anibal Godoy and Alberto Quintero helped lead their home nation of Panama over Bolivia on Monday afternoon by a final score of 2-1.
Godoy provided his all-too-natural cool demeanor in the center of the pitch while Quintero’s pace and non-stop engine gave the Bolivians trouble on the wings all game long. Quintero tallied an assist on the match’s first goal, and later nearly added a second after dicing up his defender like a well-trained chef.
