The Quakes and Avaya Stadium finished a remarkable second out of seven professional Bay Area sports teams in J.D. Power’s second annual Fan Experience Study. Coming in at just one point behind the neighboring San Jose Sharks, the Quakes were rated at 787 on a 1000 point scale, with the Shark Tank at 788.
According to J.D. Power, “Fan satisfaction is evaluated across seven factors (in order of importance): seating area and game experience; security and ushers; leaving the game; arriving at the game; food and beverage; ticket purchase; and souvenirs and merchandise.”
