NEW YORK (June 9, 2017) - The MLS Disciplinary Committee has found San Jose Earthquakes midfielder Florian Jungwirth in violation of League policy regarding hands to the face, head or neck of an opponent (VIDEO). Jungwirth has been fined an undisclosed amount for his actions in the 17th minute of San Jose's match against the Portland Timbers on June 2.


The MLS Disciplinary Committee has found Orlando City SC midfielder Antonio Nocerino in violation of League policy regarding hands to the face, head or neck of an opponent (VIDEO). Nocerino has been fined an undisclosed amount for his actions in the 66th minute of Orlando's match against the Chicago Fire on June 4.


Montreal Impact forward Dominic Oduro was found guilty of simulation/embellishment during the 46th minute of Montreal's match against the New York Red Bulls on June 3 (VIDEO). The MLS Disciplinary Committee has fined Oduro an undisclosed amount for his actions.


The MLS Disciplinary Committee has suspended San Jose Earthquakes forward Marco Ureña for one game and issued an undisclosed fine for violent conduct in the 67th minute of San Jose's match against the Portland Timbers on June 2 (VIDEO). Ureña will serve the suspension during the San Jose's match on Saturday, June 17 against Sporting Kansas City.


Orlando City SC defender Rafael Ramos has been issued an undisclosed fine for failure to leave the field in an orderly manner during the 28th minute of Orlando's match against the Chicago Fire on June 4.


Lastly, the San Jose Earthquakes have been found in violation of the Mass Confrontation Policy in the 37th minute of the team's match against the Portland Timbers on June 2 (VIDEO). San Jose has been issued a warning for the club's first violation of the League's policy this season.
