The San Jose Earthquakes announced today a multi-year partnership with Propark Mobility. Propark will lead all parking operations during Quakes matches and non-MLS events at PayPal Park.
Propark will also provide PayPal Park with end-to-end mobility solutions, leveraging technology for a world-class fan experience. Initial plans include designating pick-up and drop-off zones for Uber, Lyft, and other transportation network companies, along with coordinating traffic light signal controls to coincide with the ingress and egress of fans during stadium events.
“PayPal Park is an exceptional stadium that requires an equally unprecedented fan experience, which Propark intends on enhancing by applying our technology solutions across the entire development,” said Senior Vice President of Mobility, Luis Garcia. “We’re excited to create digital standard operating procedures utilizing Google Earth mapping sequencing, while leveraging data analytics through our partnership with ParkHub to make more informed decisions in real-time, all so that we can further drive results for the client and improve the fan experience.”
Propark will staff the entire operation with approximately 90 team members, who will work in concert to provide a seamless parking experience and end-to-end mobility solutions that will provide fans with ease-of-use and a technology-rich experience. Propark also provides similar services to other well-known institutions in California, such as Google and Major League Baseball’s Oakland Athletics.

About PayPal Park
PayPal Park, home to Major League Soccer’s San Jose Earthquakes, is an 18,000-seat soccer-specific stadium located on Coleman Ave. adjacent to the San Jose International Airport. The European-inspired building is the first cloud-enabled venue in MLS and is among the most technologically advanced stadiums in the world. The stadium features a canopy roof and the steepest-raked seating in MLS to provide the best possible fan experience. Additionally, the north end zone houses the largest outdoor bar in North America, a two-acre fan zone, and a double-sided video scoreboard. The suites and club seats are located at field level, giving fans a premium experience unlike any other in professional sports. The stadium has hosted numerous non-MLS regular season events since its inaugural season in 2015, including the International Champions Cup, numerous U.S. Women’s National Team friendlies, the World Rugby Pacific Nations Cup, the 2016 Major League Soccer All-Star Game against Arsenal FC and a 2018 FIFA World Cup qualifier for the U.S. Men’s National Team.
