The San Jose Earthquakes, in partnership with Pacific Office Automation, will be collecting toys from now until Dec. 7 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday-Friday. Each person who donates a toy will receive a 20% off voucher for the Quakes team store. Toys will be dropped-off at the PayPal Park office lobby: 1123 Coleman Ave, San Jose, CA 95118.
The Toy Drive will support Martha’s Kitchen and their 3rd Annual Christmas Present Giveaway. Martha’s Kitchen provides nearly 250,000 meals a month and over 2,500,000 meals a year from two locations in San Jose and Watsonville.
The Christmas Present Giveaway will take place on Saturday, December 16, from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Martha’s Kitchen plans to give out presents for kids ages 0-16, as well as provide free breakfast, hot chocolate, and coffee available to attendees. No sign-ups are required. The event will take place at the San Jose Center for Employment Training (701 Vine Street, San Jose, CA 95110), with options for drive-through and walk-in participation.
