SAN JOSE, Calif. – Avaya Stadium will host the Bay Area’s sixth-annual Bacon and Beer Classic on Saturday, April 13 from 2-5 p.m. The event will feature all-you-can-drink craft beer and cider provided by regional breweries, unlimited samples of bacon dishes from more than 30 restaurants, live music, games, a bacon-eating contest and more.
The Art of BBQ, Sweet Dragon Baking Co., Sodacraft/Pop Bistro, Flugger’s Bacon and many more will serve dishes such as maple bacon donuts, bacon tomato grilled cheese, bacon wrapped jalapeño poppers and chocolate bacon cupcakes. Event-goers can also sip on more than 100 beer and cider options from breweries like T.W. Pitchers Brewing, South City Ciderworks, Altamont Beer Works, Golden Road Brewing.
All-inclusive tickets will go on sale for the Bacon and Beer Classic at 10 a.m. PT on Thursday, Jan. 17 via the event page. Ticketing options include General Admission, Power Hour and VIP. Bacon and Beer Classic attendees must be at least 21 years old.
