The 2017 Major League Soccer regular season, filled with its ups and downs, peaks and valleys, jubilation and tribulation, all comes down to Sunday for the San Jose Earthquakes.
By now, everyone should be aware of what happened last weekend. The Quakes earned a hard-fought 1-1 draw in Vancouver while FC Dallas and Real Salt Lake both stumbled in their respective matches. With the Western Conference so tightly contested, the one point San Jose gathered was enough to propel them from eight to sixth and leaves them in the driver’s seat for the Audi 2017 MLS Cup Playoffs.
