Ahead of Friday night's visit from NYCFC, their first at Avaya Stadium, Quakes assistant equipment manager Eric Weber struck again. Known for his stunning Quakes matchday illustrations, he this time stuck with a blue theme - a color worn by both teams in different shades. The illustration features captain Chris Wondolowski dribbling over Interstate 280 with scenes of the San Jose in the backdrop. Below him and making his way through the rainy Manhattan skyline of New York City is legendary Italian midfielder & one of NYCFC's current Designated Players, Andrea Pirlo.
