SAN JOSE, Calif. – The San Jose Earthquakes held their annual Quakes Cup on Saturday, Aug. 12 at Santa Clara University. Fourteen teams competed in the men’s division with another eight in the co-ed division.

E-Soccer FC won the men’s championship after defeating Fox Racing in the semifinal and GoPro in the final on a golden goal. GoPro, and Golden Boot winner Kris Clark (22 goals), reached the final by defeating Avaya on a golden goal.
Victory S.C. advanced to the co-ed final with a victory over longtime Cup participant People’s Associates in the semis before taking down Amazon in the championship game. Amazon used a penalty shootout to advance to the final over KPMG. Victory S.C.’s Eddie Ortega earned the Golden Boot for the co-ed competition with eight goals.
