The San Jose Earthquakes are presenting an engaging Skills Challenge during our summer camps, offering participants a chance to showcase their soccer skills in an enjoyable and competitive setting. This unique challenge is exclusively available during our summer camps and select events throughout the year. Participants will complete 5 challenges and receive an objective total score.
In August, the top 10 participants in each age group will vie for victory in the Skills Challenge Finals, taking place at the Quakes' first-team training facility. The champions in each age group will be celebrated during half-time at a Quakes game held at PayPal Park.
Components of The Quakes Skills Challenge consists of five straightforward challenges designed to assess technical proficiency in the following areas:

The Quakes strongly recommend that clubs, coaches, parents, and players incorporate these challenges into their child's ongoing individual development by downloading and incorporating them into their training routines.
