The U-14 and U-15 Girls' Academy teams will begin their season on Saturday, Feb. 10 when they take on the San Diego Surf at Surf Cup Sports Park. The U-14s will play at 11 a.m. and the U-15s at 12:30 p.m.
The U-14 and U-15 Girls Academy teams will face Albion SC on Sunday, Feb. 11 at Mission Bay High School. The U-14s will play at 9 a.m. and the U-15s at 10:45 a.m.
In other news, Earthquakes Girls’ Academy midfielder Sophie Jones has been called up to the U-17 Women’s National Team for the Copa Provincia Tournament in Buenos Aires, Argentina. The U-17s will remain in Argentina from Feb. 7-19 where they will face Chile, Uruguay and Argentina.
