Over the weekend, the U-15, U-17 and U-19 Boys’ Academy teams traveled to Oregon and Washington to take on the Portland Timbers Academy and the Seattle Sounders Academy. On Saturday, the boys suffered three losses to Portland. On Sunday, the U-15s and U-17s both fell 2-1 to Seattle while the U-19s snagged a 3-2 win. The U-13 and U-14 Boys’ Academy teams took on Placer United and came out on top with 5-0 and 4-1 wins, respectively.
On Saturday, March 9, the U-13s will take on Star Academy in South San Francisco. Times and locations for these matches can be found here.
The Girls’ Academy squads hosted Placer United on Saturday, March 2. The U-14s drew 1-1, the U-15s drew 2-2, the U-17s drew 0-0 and U-19s fell by a score of 2-0.
The girls will remain in San Jose this weekend to host La Roca Futbol Club and the Portland Thorns. Times and locations for these matches can be found here.
