SAN JOSE, Calif. – Earthquakes II defeated Colorado Rapids 2 by a 7-1 score line on Sunday night at PayPal Park. Max Arfsten tallied two goals and an assist for Quakes II. The victory gives Quakes II their second consecutive victory by 3+ goals.
Earthquakes II scored in the first minute of the match before tacking on three more before the halftime whistle. Quakes II then added a trio of goals in the second half.
Quakes II will continue their three-match homestand when they host Sporting KC II on Friday, May 20. Kickoff from PayPal Park is scheduled for 6 p.m. PT and the match will be broadcast live on MLSNEXTPro.com.
