FULLERTON, Calif. – Earthquakes II defeated LAFC2 1-0 on Sunday afternoon at Titan Stadium in Fullerton, Calif. The two teams went scoreless through the first half before Quakes II found the game-winner in the 82nd minute by Eduardo Blancas, his second of the season. The victory is their third shutout of the season and snaps a two-game winless streak.
Earthquakes II will return to San Jose and prepare to host Sporting KC II on Friday, May 5. The match will kick off from PayPal Park at 7 p.m. PT and will be streamed live on MLS Season Pass on the Apple TV app.
